Paradise as close as it can get: Playa Jackson in Las terrenas. Playa Jackson is a totally private beach from around 800 meters long with palms and white sand.
It is a totally secluded beach, at both sides closed by huge rocks and mountains. There are only 2 possibilities to visit this beach:
-by boat
-or by a long walk
The land just after the beach is very steep and goes up till more than 200 meters. From the top you have a perfect view over the whole area. You can also see the new international airport el Catey from here.
For the investors and developers: Playa Jackson is for sale. It is a large lot from around 2 million m2. There is no electricity. Making a golf in my opinion is very difficult. The road to the lot is around 7 kilometers from the mainroad and inside the lot is sandy infrastructure.
